Mmmm, no, I have never heard of effective micro organisms. What is it?

The only veggies and kraut I know of (besides if you make it yourself) that has all the good probiotics is the Rejuvenative Foods brand. I eat about 1/3 cup twice a day. The veggies are called "Veggie Delight Zing Salad", and the kraut is just called "Saurkraut". It tastes really good to me. Very tangy and zesty and fresh.
