Just go to your local drug store and buy a bottle of Iodine and try it on your skin. The only reason you can't ingest that stuff is cause they add other stuff to it that you can't injest. I put it in a SPRAY bottle and spray my feet or my legs or my arms. I put an old towel under whatever I'm spraying and have at it. One of these days I'm doing my face! That should be cute, eh!?
