Did you use RAW organic honey? It has a totally different consistency than honey that has been processed. I use the raw honey and have not found the fudge to be too sticky.... hmmm? The recipe posted here did not specify raw, organic or unrefined ingredients. The recipe I use calls for raw honey, organic unrefined coconut oil, organic cocoa powder and Himalayan salt.
