Several times my kinesiologist has suggested I take a break from potatoes, but I never manage to stay away from them for more then several days at a time. Tooooo delicious!

But he is right they have a bad effect on me, bloating, constipation, tight, uncomfortable stomach etc.

He has just strongly suggested that I avoid them completely. I feel that he is right
- unfortunately.
