You are an inspiration hanna. I am very appreciative to have you here.

As an aside, and to validate what you have said, my journey is now 26 months old. I have returned to a state of health I have not seen since my mid-30's; except for my left knee which is very much better than it was when they told me I would need a replacement six years ago. Range of motion is the only thing left to work on and this will require some bone/cartilage/scar tissue healing... not impossible as my right knee mended very well with little to improve on, but then it was not put through the trauma that the left one was.

I told my wife I will be jogging by this fall... she dropped jaw :-)

In some respects I feel better and stronger than I can ever remember.

My very best to you hanna... give them 12 pounders heck ;-)
