I do one a week and they are fantasmagorical. I buy the "stuff" on ebay, mix up the wraps a little between dead sea clay, aloe gel, etc. and wrap myself up. Molly is right about everything. I don't lose anymore, but you feel like a million bucks when you are done.

More fun to have somebody else do the wrapping, but you can do it for a few bucks a month once you make the initial investment of wraps, etc..

I'm glad to see this - most of my friend think I'm nuts about this...
