Your post is very encouraging! I've been doing Lugols, one drop for a few weeks and two drops for a few days. I'm taking it LOW and SLOW. Guess I'm cautious! I've read about 'salt loading' a lot here and I do take selenium, calmagplus, Himalayan salt and extra C with the Lugols, but I don't think that is 'salt loading' is it? I have high bp and take meds for it [hope to get off them one day soon!] so I've been a bit reluctant to salt load because of that. You're testimony about your bp was great encouragement for me. Thanks for sharing!
