A while ago, after a hard day of work, I came home and did, as many times before the headstand just to refresh my brain a little. I only did it for a short while but I could feel immense pressure in my head. After getting back up I saw in the mirrow that I had red dots from broken veins all over my face. It really looked quite scary. Those dots were even in the white of my eyes. They disappeared within a couple of days but ever since then I havent doen the headstand anymore because this just couldnt be right. Anyone has any ideas why this was and what I can do about it?
