I'm planning to do the Master-Cleanse exactly like the book except for one change......I'm going to take a spoon of lecithin each day. This is only so that I don't form gallbladder/ liver stones that come from fasting. Plus if it helps with cleansing in any way it's an added bonus.

What does everyone think?
