i like having both. for straight Iodine supplementation, i prefer iodoral. but man, with Lugols you can play. you can paint it on skin, use it on bug bites(thank you, V), you can use it on scars and moles and cuts, stick it in liquids for the family, iodinate oil, etc. the list is long for lugols.
