i got the iodoral because i hadnt tried it yet! i kept hearing it was more effective with halogen displacement and that is got the Iodine further into the GI tract. i think that is true. i take the Lugols during the day in water or juice or a tonic of lemon and ACV and a natural Sugar and i take the iodoral at night before bed with my swig of olive oil.
