I used to feel very confident in my looks....I'm not a model, but I'm not a circus freak either. I work out 4-5 times a week to stay in real good shape, I'm clean cut, good complexion, short hair, etc...,but the years and years of rejection has eaten away at my confidence level. Its a nasty catch-22 that I'm in, I can't meet someone because of my low self confidence and my self confidence is so low because I can't seem to find anyone.

So for now, I'd say my confidence in my looks are about average, but my confidence in my sex appeal and abilities is absolutely non-existent (hey, a 15 year drought will do that to anyone). That being said, I'm sure your right that its me putting out the wrong signals, but I just don't know how to fake confidence.
