My suggestion is to keep it simple and stick with full bag warm water Sea Salt enemas. Over a 10 day period you will be probably be able to empty your colon of most, if not all solid waste matter from rectum to cecum.

Use filtered or warmed bottled water with the temperature at 103 degrees F at preparation time.

After your 10 day cleanse you can experiment with some of the other enema combinations you asked about, but keeping things simple will surely get you off yo a healthy start.
