Number one congratulations. The last weight is always the toughest to shed so you must be doing something right. Number two - regardless of what any studies say, I am highly suspicious of anything as addicting as coffee. Some of these bad substances need a mechanism for us to consume them, and addicitve chemicals is one way to assure that. And I only say that half jokingly.
