Thank you for your reply. First of all I cannot find any Herb shop/Natural Remedy store anywhere in New York. Do you know any other specific name?

I like to have my daughter go thru' this test where all deficiencies are printed out. I think that her diet is very glycemic. She eats cookies, bagels, pizza, coffee, ice cream, rice & soup, cheezits everyday, may be a mango once a while. I tell her that this is not nutritious food and she laughs it off and says my doctor does not say anything. I say eat nature made and not man made all the time, once a week or so it is ok.
