MH is a hobbyist, not a commercial establishment, but he is very thorough. I've never not gotten an order, never not gotten the whole order at the same time. I've also never received a confirmation of an order. I call Brenda to place my orders. When MH was down with his broken leg, she filled my orders and got them out for me. I've never had a single problem with the amount charged to my card.

MH and Brenda have 4 very active, busy boys that take up alot of their time (especially now that it's baseball season).

Considering all of this, what I've done to alleviate running out before I can get my next bottle of supplements: I bought MHs herb box (very nice for those of you that haven't seen one up close). I have an open bottle that I'm using out of and a 2nd one in the herb box of every product that I use. When I open one out of the herb box, I call and place my next order, including then what should run out before I get my order in the house. This works for me, I only place an order about once a month and I use a good deal of his products. (*blush* my herb box is packed full)
