Liquid cayenne. I would have thought that powdered cayenne would disolve in water.I have taken it and yes ,it is very hot.How would I make up a liquid cayenne? Drop peppers into a tinture?Vodka.I have a gallon of longativity spices.I found that quite hot but easier to take.
