hi everyone. i dont mean to be a stranger, but with such good hands on deck here such as molly and sandover and killi, what is there left to do? i do include you all in that list, by the way.

took a break from pulling to adjudicate some other protocols and have taken it back up. for those who dont remember, i never got any of that whitening effect from pulling. well, i have taken it back up and in the meantime i had quit drinking coffee. as you may have guessed by now, it has been over two weeks without coffee and my teeth look like they did 20 years ago.
