Try not to get discouraged. It's the ill-feeling/pain that makes this seem like such a long road right now. True, it has been a long road, but not as long as the one that took us to the point of needing cleanses.

Also, I sometimes think the parasites can influence our thoughts... tricky little buggers... give us food cravings that are bad for us; and then,!!! with the heck of the cleanse that can be experienced, it can make us want to give up in order to spare us the ordeal. Little manipulators!!!
