Hi just-n

The pain in my chest is just a bit higher, up under the rib cage. I realize now why I had the pain in my right shoulder (pain can make you delirious). I needed a liver flush and was going to do one Saturday, but, the flukes decided to come out the hard way-ouch.

It is a great idea, glad you reminded me. I am so sore inside though, I don't think my body could tolerate castor oil or epsom salts or anything other than water right now. Once I can stand for more than 10 minutes without feeling light-headed or dizzy, I will do it.
