I agree with everyones suggestions here. But I would also like to suggest that you steam iron your underwear and pants (turn them inside out).
My husband had foot fungus and he always used foot powders, and it never went away.
so along with the internal cleanses, that everyone suggests, steam ironing kills any candida,yeasts,or fungus on the clothing that bleach does not get rid of. Or as Dr. Clark also suggests, dry your clothes on high heat too hot to handle and rotate your clothes, it takes 3 days for die off.
