I 2nd Zoe's recommendation on the Redmond Sea Salt . I found it on a fluke then later read people's praise here. This is my 6th (maybe 7th... I've lost count) Master-Cleanse and for some reason the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) was super easy this round. I drank 1/2 in one drink without even realizing. And this was the first time I had solid coming out, which was strange. It wasn't a lot, but it was almost always liquid or mucous before so I was quite surprised by it.
