Hi.
since i went on my weight loss journy, i cust out all the sugars and other bad things.
started to eat healthy foods, no cooking food in veggi oil - just some pam, and eat more fuits and veggies.
aside from that, not much has changed i kept on eating the same type of healthy food and lost some pounds.
its just since taking on this EVCO things started to "go wrong". so i will hold off on it like i said for a few days.
