32 ounces, more or less, of Celery Juice is 2 Stalks of celery. Sometime one just isn't enough. I use my Omega 8003 for both Celery juice and Watermelon rind juice. I use an Omega 4000 for carrot juice, and a Wheateena Green Label for wheatgrass juice.
I believe there are nurients in the Watermelon rind. The juice is very 'rich' to me. Happy Juicing.....WY
