Yes, thanks for sharing that. I did the 'painting' for about a month before starting Lugols, which I've been doing about two weeks now but I'm still at one drop. Today I am starting two drops. I'm always on the conservative side when starting something new, low doses and working my way higher 'just in case' I have any really bad reactions.

How much Iodine tincture did you put in your bath? How long did you stay in this bath? I put Iodine in a spray bottle and just sprayed my feet or my legs or some place that doesn't show. I don't 'do' baths as I am a large woman and getting in and out of a tub is too hard for me.

I also read tons and tons of posts here at curezone in many forums of my interest before 'taking the plunge'. Your post is encouraging!

On a side note, may I ask how long it took to have all your Amalgam removed and was it expensive and/or painful??
