I've heard George Malkmus speak several times. He brings a good message to the typical meat-eating Christian. His recommendation of 8 to 10 ounces of juice is fine when you're eating a 'normal' diet. But if you're living on Juice, as I am, 48 ounces of Carrot Juice goes down real easy.....WY
