Your right, eliminating Sugar and white flour does help. However, let's be reasonable this whole candida thing seems like a bunch of bs. I mean ive take shit loads of antifungals, probiotics and it did nothing. Also, candida should be treatable, it shouldn't last for years! Also, my dad has psoraisis and the oral steroids have helped so that's what i'm sticking with.
