DRW is giving you MH advise on the liquid lecithin thing there. I take 2-3 tablespoons of this daily in a formula I get from MH, he makes 2 ... one is a simple combination of liquid soybean lecithin/evoo, the other is called Liver Cleanse that has the liquid lecithin/ Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil w/a few liver herbs added. The Liver Cleanse is a sensation to my body EVERYtime I take it.

Let me state here that I found myself having what I was terming "spontaneous flushes", acutally passing Gallstones occassionally. After concentrating on what I was consuming the evening before this was happening during the night, I realized that drinking hot lemonade or limeade close to bedtime and taking Liver Cleanse/MHs lecithing formula was what causes this. It's like it's training my liver to cleanse itself ... try it.
