Thank you. Yes, I had heard of the warm water technic and have not tried it. I will do this tomorrow morning. I am also buying a trampoline to do the same. I am so screwed up with this reflux, it is just not believable. I do not know why I let those idiot doctors give me all kind of meds that left me with a hiatal hernia. Also for last five weeks my reflux went into my bronchial tube and has left me with a cough that just comes on when I talk louder and a continuously.

Yes to the question about Chiropractor. I got cheated twice with chiors who advertised about treating hiatal hernias. When I went to see them they charged me 500 dollars and gave me a lot of supplements, but both did not attempt to even touch me. Second time I said to the doc aren't you going to do anything with my hernia, massage, etc? He said oh ya, come in and just gave me a small shock(blow) with his bolt(i do not know the term) and said this is it, see you next time. I went home and talked to a few people and decided to take my money back and got it. Since then I have not looked for a new chiro. I feel they all cheat you.

Any recommendations for finding a good chiro in NYC?
