Yep, they're the same. Just make sure that you are well-hydrated before the flush and really hit the water and electrolytes after the flush. Personally, I sip water with EmergenC during the entire flush and get better results than when I used to stop drinking water during the flush. And good luck with the lemon juice...I never could get it to stay mixed with the olive oil like you can with pink grapefruit juice.
