I already did read your story. Your story is what inspired me to keep flushing. I only used 3/4cup OO for my first flush. I flush using 1/4c OO in 1c GF and 2tsp BWH and I use the Dr Clark Espom Salt capsules. I do the flush every other week so that I can get it done faster.
