When I will be doing my 8th flush I want to experiment. this time I want to use Lemon juice instead of grapefruit and MAGNESIUM CITRATE instead of magnesium sulfate. When I google MAGNESIUM CITRATE there is also a list of side effects. are these side effects the same as with the magnesium sulfate?
