You should experiment with the recipe and find out for your self. I have used less olive oil 2 times and still had the same results. I have done 7 flushes and still experiment. Next flush I will be trying Lemon juice instead of grapefruit.

I don't think you can eat eggs. But maybe somebody else knows more about that.
