I am also doing my eighth Liver Flush today. I have a question, I do the Clark procedure which calls for 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup of juice. Can I take less than 1/2 cup? The first time I did it I liked the olive oil, now I find it disgusting!
Also can I eat eggs on the day of the flush?
