I have just bought a new Zoki (UK) infar sauna (one seater) i have now used it three times and when first using it (30 minutes) i felt really tired and ached after and it took ages to build up any sweat. Is this normal. I am happy with the sauna and had an extra heater fitted making 5 in total.

Is this normal to feel like this and do you sweat more after using it more?


Please advise.
