you absolutely need to distill and then remineralize with organic herbals and fruits in the water. dont believe the lies about distilled water. they are only true if thats all you drink is the plain distilled water. the rocks and chemicals can only do harm.

i agree with reverse osmosis. it is a waste and it is not totally effective against fluoride.
