thanks again, for all of your details, they do help.
Im very frustrated right now, when I find a mineral that helps one thing it seems to make another issue worse.

I also am unable to take selenium because it causes me insomnia. I will try taking the capsule apart and taking tiny doses and see how it goes. How much damage am I doing with three drops per day (lugols) without adding selenium. Now I feel really helpless as the Iodine is helping, but Im worried about not taking selenium. I tried brazil nuts and I scarred more. Possibly selenium is blocking the mineral that should be helping me not scar.
