It is a big step to try something new, no matter how many favorable testimonials one reads.

And, to see results immediately...well, you are fortunate, indeed. (My 'critters' were mostly invisible, and those that weren't didn't look very suspicious.)

Give yourself fresh water, sleep, gentle movement, and air under trees (just exhale, gently and fully...your body will take care of the rest). A little sunshine on your skin, and a spoonful of Udo's Choice...a munch of dried kelp, and put off thinking about stressful things until another day...all will help.

You'll find that headaches will not be the same as usual, they will come and go unexpectedly, a sign that your 'inner physician' is working well.
