Hi telman:

This is a great post. I do have a hiatal hernia for a long time. I am suffer from reflux every morning at 4:30am without fail, no matter what I ate the night before. I am a vegetarian so everything you say I eat and not good for me. So I have to change my life style totally.

I do not drink alcohol, coffee sodas etc. I do eat a lot of spicy food. I will have to change that.
