I was wondering what you ate because you have gained a wealth of experimentation and knowledge, sounds like what I would eat if I wasnt allergic to most everything.

Where do you get your raw butter? I have been trying to find some for a long time, I purchased some raw cream and whipped it forever and it never turned to butter. What oils do you use for your salad dressings?

Are you alkaline on such a diet-seems high in protein. You mentioned your teeth earlier and I wonder how they are doing on your current diet?
