I am home with bedrest today .. (did liver cleanse last nite) so I won't be going out to the store for a day or two.. I have either Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil or Peanut Oil (both fairly new) in my cupboard... I have read so much info on this forum.. and I know that neither are ideal.. but I really want to try one..

please help me decide which one.. I PERSONALLY want to use the Peanut because of the Olive oil last nite for the liver cleanse.. but will do what you think..

have not had food yet.. don't really feel like eating yet.. so I can do the pull at any time..
