Hello,
Im new to all this. I live i a remote village in italy and can only buy lemons.
On a previous post yo said you can use limes, lemons or oranges. However in this post say not to use lemo...im confused help!
Today i used 2 lemons, 2 egg yolks and a tablespoon of sunflower oil. i do not have an enema to use.
Am i doing this right or not?

Any input is appreciated!!!!!
