Sounds to me as if you are healthy as a horse. Remember it is your choice how you feel about things, not what anyone else says or thinks.

And it sounds like you are eating high fiber, corn bran and big salad.

Disease begins in the colon. If your "schedule" of BMs indicates a problem you will see it in skin breakouts, headaches, bad breath, etc. When you have those symptoms, then worry.

Meantime just flush more often.
