My wife suffers from frequent urination at night. Not so much during the day. Physicals constantly show health in all areas incl urinary tract.

One thing I have noticed is when she drinks on occasion some sleep time tea, formulated for nighttime, she will not need to get up as much. I wonder... are there herbs that assist in slowing down the need or urge to go during the night? I've read hawthorn berries which is in this tea. Is there anything else???
