duh. now that you mention it, i recall something like that. just mh to shoot from the hip like that. people wanting specifics from him are barking up the wrong tree. but if you want the info to point you in the right direction, start walking and get your own experience. we are so conned into measurements. i cant believe all this exactivity of this dose, that dose, this procedure, that procedure, this combination... get a grip, people. its not what you put in your body that counts anyway, its what you DONT that counts.
