Ok. I do agree with that. I take a little of the liquid form, found in drug stores and Wal-Mart in the laxative section (which is why I thought it might not be so bioavailable). I knew that oxide is also used as laxative and a very good one too. I just am surprised that Swanson would say such a thing. I've normally held them to be trustworthy. Not surprised at me. You can see, from my profile, that I'm quite gullible.
