How right you are!! The other thing I've discovered over time is that allergies or sensitivities are so specific to each person it's difficult recommending things. It's a process of elimination at times and each item has to be considered in how it will stimulate or overstimulate the adrenals. I'm was the same as you, herbs and certain supplements that were supposed to create 'energy' just didn't BECAUSE my adrenal function (as measured on saliva tests) just got less and less.
