Hey Molly,

These cleansings/flushings (different types) all make sense and sound like they do good. For me, I'm mainly attempting to put a dent in my psoriasis. I've heard that it might take a few/several flushes to push all blockage from the liver and if I actually saw what has been described as 'stones', then I guess I'd feel better that something was lodged in the liver and I discarded it. I still have psoriasis, but will continue with some more flushes and see what happens.
