how have the bone broths/gelatin changed your skin, and how long did it take?
I tried a bone broth not too long ago and got bad insomnia and dry skin. (What the bleep is wrong with me?!)

Everytime I try something that is suppose to be good for me I get dry skin or insomnia or BOTH!
