thank you for giving me your info on the hormones. I had no idea vit D increased estrogen, and I so appreciate the links, that I cant wait to visit. I have been having this reaction to green veggies for five years now and have been told its impossible to be allergic to greens so its great to have a new place to search for info.

Curious but why Iodine reduce estrogen?


Thanks for the book recommendation too, and all of the other great info you have shared Im so glad I "bumped" into you/your posts, now I will be on the lookout for them/you.
